The Kempinski Hotel is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to manage admin and operational logistics for casual labor and outsourced workforce across hotel departments in Qatar. You will bridge hotel operations with third-party labor agencies, ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law and accurate timekeeping.

Responsibilities include daily deployment, onboarding, biometric logs, billing verification, and maintaining documentation (QID, health certificates).

Aufgaben

• Oversee and streamline all daily requests, deployment, and tracking of casual and outsourced labor across all operational departments.
• Maintain direct daily coordination with third-party labor agencies regarding shift requirements, attendance confirmations, and rate agreements.
• Coordinate daily onboarding, grooming checks, security badge issuance, and basic property inductions for temporary and casual staff.
• Monitor daily timekeeping, biometric punch logs, and timesheet validations, ensuring cross-verification with department head approvals.
• Verify casual labor billing, cross-checking timesheets against supplier invoices to ensure accurate cost allocation and timely submission to Finance.
• Ensure all third-party personnel comply with Qatar Labor Law, hotel health and safety standards, hygiene protocols, and Kempinski grooming guidelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracking database of outsourced personnel documentation, including valid Qatar IDs (QID), health certificates, and food handler cards.
