Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Executive to act as the primary contact for existing and prospective clients, negotiating events within the hotel's sales guidelines and driving revenue through catering and group bookings.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and English proficiency, with a minimum of 2 years in Sales & Advertising and a background in hospitality or related fields. You will report to the Sales Manager and strive to close sales efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Advertising.
• Strong interpersonal and management abilities.
• Experience in hotel/property management or the entertainment/hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong in driving outcomes and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales contact for existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate and confirm all events within the Hotels Sales approach.
• Identify up-selling opportunities and maximize revenue through catering and group bookings.
• Provide efficient service and respond to customer inquiries to close sales.
