Job summary

AccorHotel in Qatar is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales team with administrative and coordination duties, including attendance tracking, leave monitoring, and departmental documentation. You will help prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and sales reports, and respond to client inquiries.

You will coordinate site inspections and client visits, maintain accurate client records, liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or a Coordinator role in hospitality or related industry
• Strong written and verbal English; additional languages is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
