Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as Hotel Receptionist.
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
• Arabic language - speaking, writing and reading.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, answer calls warmly in line with brand standards.
• Answer guest queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, activities and events.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
• Drive online reputation and encourage guest feedback.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfil guest requests and complaints for smooth service delivery.
