Job summary

The St. Regis Doha is seeking a strategic General Manager to lead property operations, including Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and more.

You will work with the Executive Committee to implement the brand service strategy and drive revenue while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. As GM, you will guide department heads, optimize profitability, and uphold Marriott International standards in a luxury setting on a Doha property.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management; 8 years’ experience in management operations.
• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management; 6 years’ experience in management operations.

Responsibilities

• Keeps operations team focused on guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Reviews financial reports to assess operations against budget and identifies optimization opportunities.
• Develops and implements property-wide operational strategy aligned with brand service initiatives.
• Coaches and supports operations to manage occupancy, wages, and controllable costs.

Education
