Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years housekeeping experience.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with no work experience required.
• Experience managing housekeeping operations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Verifies guest room status is communicated to Front Desk promptly.
• Inspects guestrooms daily and prepares work assignments.
• Inventories stock and ensures adequate supplies.
• Supervises housekeeping shift operations and enforces standards.
• Leads HR activities: training, scheduling, and feedback.
• Develops corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensures departmental goals align with budget and financial objectives.
