Qualifications

• 2-year degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience as HR Manager; Marriott experience preferable.
• Knowledge of Qatari Labor Law and processes required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and hiring, liaise with external sources and job fairs.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll support, claims and records.
• Lead employee development, orientation, and cross-training initiatives.
• Maintain employee relations and open communication channels.
• Ensure legal compliance and documentation, safety, and policy governance.
