Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial management.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficient in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Must have a valid biometric passport (for all nationalities).
• Experience working in Doha is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk receptionists, housekeeping staff, and maintenance workers.
• Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the hotel by effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to employees.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain budgets for various departments within the hotel.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare reports for senior management.
