Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications in L&D are an advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience designing and implementing organizational learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's L&D strategy.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps across the organization.
• Design, deliver, and oversee learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and career development pathways.
• Manage talent development programs, succession planning, and high-potential employee initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs.
• Manage relationships with training providers, educational institutions, and external partners.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development.
• Monitor learning trends, best practices, and emerging development methodologies.
• Manage the learning budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
