Job summary

Rosewood Doha seeks an entry‑level IT professional to support digital platforms, cloud operations and guest‑facing technology. The role focuses on documenting processes, improving efficiency with standardized workflows, and delivering user guidance across hotel departments.

You will assist with testing, feedback, and adoption of digital solutions in Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Finance, while growing skills in hospitality tech and cloud tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, information systems, digital business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of IT, digital systems support, automation, or hospitality technology experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Forms and Power Automate beneficial.
• Bases in cloud concepts and hospitality technology operations are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for associates and hotel departments with a focus on digital platforms.
• Assist with documenting processes and improving efficiency via approved digital tools and workflows.
• Support testing, user feedback, and adoption of digital solutions across Rooms, F&B, Spa, and other areas.
• Offer basic training and guidance to help users adopt approved platforms and reduce manual work.
• Help manage cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud) and monitor resource usage and alerts.
