Job summary

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is implementing digital platforms across hotel operations and guest services. You will support rooms, F&B, spa and other departments with cloud-based tools, automation, and dashboards to reduce manual work.

The role provides frontline IT support, documentation, and training to associates, with opportunities to grow in cloud and security competencies within a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 0–2 years of IT/digital support experience.
• Experience in hospitality or service-led environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, automation, reporting and cloud concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist digital initiatives across hotel operations and guest tools.
• Provide first-line support and guidance to associates and departments.
• Coordinate testing, user feedback, and adoption of digital solutions.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and basic reporting after fixes.
