Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Qatar is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales team with administrative and coordination duties for group bookings and events. The role requires 1–2 years in Sales/Marketing or a coordinator role within hospitality, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office; additional languages

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or a Coordinator role within hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team with administrative and coordination duties, including attendance tracking, payroll-related submissions, leave monitoring, and departmental documentation.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and sales reports.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate site inspections and client visits.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of group bookings and events.
• Monitor and update sales activities in hotel systems.
• Support the preparation of monthly sales forecasts and reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
