Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont Doha is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Leisure Sales team by handling administrative and operational tasks, coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring accurate documentation and smooth execution of leisure business.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality or business degree, experience in luxury hotel sales, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English with Russian language ability for client communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, reservations, or hospitality sales in a luxury hotel.
• Experience supporting leisure sales, travel agencies, tour operators, or wholesale is a plus.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent English; Russian fluency is essential for client communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel systems (Opera Cloud/Delphi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leisure Sales team.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documents promptly and accurately.
• Maintain client accounts, correspondence, and CRM records.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and leisure partners.
• Assist in responding to inquiries and follow-up on quotations, contracts, payments.
• Monitor room allocations, release dates, and booking status with Reservations and Revenue Management.
• Prepare reports, sales activity updates, and performance trackers.
• Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits.
• Ensure smooth execution of bookings with internal departments.
• Maintain filing systems and up-to-date sales documentation.
• Support sales missions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards and procedures.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Leisure Sales or Sales Managers.
