Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Human Resources Training Manager to drive learning aligned to our mission and brand values. You will collaborate with property leadership to identify development needs and ensure programs cover product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.

You will design and deliver training, assess outcomes for ROI, and coordinate QA activities across properties, reporting to the HR Director with a dotted line to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, hospitality, business or related field.
• Certified trainer with experience in Marriott training programs.
• Experience implementing total quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee training programs and promotes participation.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and measures ROI.
• Develops training program plans and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Leads quality assurance activities and audits to ensure brand standards.
