Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring employee relations issues and follow-up.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow company policies, safety, and security procedures; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and employee records.
• Respond to questions from employees and management regarding HR programs, policies and guidelines.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers or POS systems.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
