Job summary

Jaidah Group's Heavy Equipment Division seeks a Sales Engineer with a strong background in heavy equipment, lifting solutions, or engineered products to drive profitable sales growth across Qatar. The role involves identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, delivering fit-for-purpose equipment solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure order success.

A BS in mechanical/related engineering and 4–6 years of sales experience are required, with Qatar market exposure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/related engineering.
4–6 years of sales experience in lifting equipment/related engineered products.
Experience in technical sales, tendering, and commercial negotiations.
Qatar market experience preferred.
Knowledge of loading applications, fleet operations, and basic mechanical principles.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities across construction, industrial, infrastructure and logistics sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and site surveys.
Recommend suitable equipment configurations based on load and site constraints.
Prepare technical submissions, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within approved limits.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate records of enquiries and orders.
Coordinate with service, parts, logistics, finance, and suppliers to ensure order execution and satisfaction.
Support collection of outstanding payments while protecting margins.
Ensure compliance with policies, HSE requirements, and ethical standards.
