Job summary

MENA Consultant in Qatar is seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong engineering background to drive sales of heat transfer and process equipment across key industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, and Power. This on-site role requires 2–6 years of industrial sales experience and fluent English.

You will identify new opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, review drawings, and build long-term customer relationships with EPCs and end users.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in industrial or engineering settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience selling heat transfer equipment or engineered solutions.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power Generation, Utilities, Water Treatment, or Process Industries.
• Experience with Plate/ Shell & Tube/ Air-Cooled heat exchangers and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell industrial equipment and engineered solutions to new and existing customers.
• Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
