Job summary

33 Holdings Global is seeking a senior HR leader in Qatar to oversee restructuring, HRMS implementation, and process automation across healthcare HR operations. The role includes developing policies, SOPs, and managing performance, workforce planning, and lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in HR with 5–8 years of experience, including 3+ years in hospital or healthcare HR, and hands-on experience with HRMS and policy development.
