Job summary

Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead HR across the Qatar-based FMCG group. The role reports to senior leadership and shapes the HR strategy for multiple units.

You will oversee talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and employee relations, while driving HR digital transformation and compliance with Qatar Labour Law. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within the FMCG industry.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience managing HR across multiple business units, companies, or holding group structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership.
• Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR digital transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
