The role entails managing a team of translators, setting QA standards, reviewing complex translations, and coordinating priorities with multiple business units. The candidate should have 10+ years in translation, strong leadership, and expertise in CAT tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional translation experience with leadership experience
• Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic and English
• Experience leading translation teams and managing stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Translation Department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of translation services.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of translators and language specialists.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and translation best practices.
• Review and approve complex translations for accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance.
• Coordinate translation priorities across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Develop departmental processes, workflows, and performance metrics to improve efficiency.
• Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate documents.
• Drive continuous improvement through translation technologies and terminology management.
