Job summary

Qataryello is seeking a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to drive the end-to-end recruitment agenda for our property-sector organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into hiring plans, design targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure high-calibre hires across all functions.

You will build and mentor a capable TA team, implement compliant processes, monitor hiring metrics, and optimise candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition within the property industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop a high-performing TA team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience designing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-calibre candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design tailored hiring plans.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve processes.
