Job summary

HCP Automotive in Qatar is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across a fast-paced, multi-business automotive environment. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and attract high-quality candidates locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate has proven end-to-end recruitment experience, in-depth knowledge of the Qatar job market, and strong sourcing and engagement skills to build pipelines for current and future roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Current Qatar-based experience and market knowledge.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience in automotive/retail/FMCG/hospitality or similar fast-paced multi-site environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract local and international talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

We are currently supporting a leading automotive group in Qatar in the search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who understands the Qatar talent market and can manage recruitment across a fast-paced, multi-business automotive environment.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and attracting high-quality candidates across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Developing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality local and international talent.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment requirements in the group.
• Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Managing recruitment agencies and external hiring partners where required.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and providing regular hiring reports.
• Supporting employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded recruitment professional with strong knowledge of the Qatar employment market.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Current Qatar-based experience and market knowledge.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• A proactive, results-driven approach.
• Experience within the automotive, retail, FMCG, hospitality, or another fast-paced multi-site environment would be advantageous.

Candidates must currently be based in Qatar.
