Job summary

Qatar Airways in Doha is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR team. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, guiding workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy to drive performance and transformation across the business.

You will collaborate with Executive Leadership and Line Managers to deliver innovative people solutions that support growth, lead change, and influence strategic decisions across a fast-paced, global airline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in best practice HR practices and processes (case management, ER, organizational design).
• Strong coaching skills and leadership of HR projects.
• Advantage if experience in Retail or Travel Industry.
• Experience working with diverse workforce.
• Data analytical skills and advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Know the business, strategy, drivers, budgets, forecasts, and employee issues.
• Coach managers to think strategically and consider organizational impact of changes.
• Encourage open dialogue between employees, managers and leaders.
• Influence at all stages of business strategy development and implementation.
• Continuously view HR services from the client’s perspective.
• Develop strong strategies for addressing problems.
• Align HR strategy with business strategy through policy development.
• Recruitment, employee development and compensation strategy to drive workforce planning.
• Perform other department duties as directed by Head of Department.
