Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Head of HR Business Partnering for its Lusail, Qatar-based activities in the financial services sector.

The role leads the HR business partnering framework, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical people solutions across workforce planning, organization design, talent and performance, rewards, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with partnering focus.
• Experience in financial institutions or multi-entity environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the HR business partnering framework and annual priorities.
• Coordinate HR requirements across affiliated entities and specialist HR functions.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design and succession activities.
• Advise leaders on talent, performance, reward, employee relations and change.
• Prepare workforce insights, management reports and executive recommendations.
• Strengthen HR governance and stakeholder experience.
