Qualifications

Qatarization: Head of HR Business Partnering

A leading organization within the Financial Services sector in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop its HR business partnering approach and act as the primary Human Resources focal point for its associated entities.

This role will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical people solutions across workforce planning, organization design, talent, performance, employee relations, reward and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HR business partnering framework and annual priorities.
• Coordinate HR requirements across affiliated entities and specialist HR functions.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organization design and succession activities.
• Evaluate workforce trends, organizational capability and people-related risks.
• Advise leaders on talent, performance, reward, employee relations and change.
• Review organization structures, workforce requests, promotions, transfers and salary proposals.
• Prepare workforce insights, business cases, management reports and executive recommendations.
• Strengthen HR governance, service standards and stakeholder experience.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HR business partnering and generalist exposure.
• Strong experience across workforce planning, organization design, talent management, performance, employee relations and reward.
• Proven ability to coordinate HR specialist teams and deliver integrated people solutions.
• Experience within a financial institution, government authority, regulator, holding group or multi-entity environment is preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CIPD, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills, with Arabic strongly preferred.
• Legal background is preferrable.
