Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a visionary Head of Sales and Marketing based in Doha, Qatar, to establish international sales strategies and orchestrate cross-border marketing for mega developments, luxury resorts, and smart city projects across Asia and Africa (excluding Qatar).

The role entails leading regional teams, extensive travel to project sites, and delivering revenue growth through integrated sales, leasing, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, marketing and business development.
• 4 years of leadership experience within large-scale real estate developers.
• Experience managing multi-country sales operations across GCC, Asia and/or Africa.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated sales, leasing and marketing strategies for residential and mixed-use developments across Asia and Africa.
• Prepare and execute annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets and growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends and customer segments to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking and customer analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish and monitor sales, leasing and marketing KPIs and ensure achievement of agreed targets.
• Lead negotiations and participate in major sales and leasing transactions.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management & conversion performance.
• Ensure customer acquisition, retention and relationship management processes are effectively implemented through CRM/Available systems.
• Conduct customer presentations and participate in exhibitions and project launches to promote assigned developments.
