Job summary

Tanqeeb in Doha seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead our expanding design team, steering projects from concept through final delivery and presenting with confidence to high-stakes clients. You will oversee creative direction, space planning, and technical execution across commercial, retail, and hospitality interiors, with 6–8 years’ experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

International exposure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in a creative interior design role.
• Experience leading concept development and high-level design storytelling.
• Extensive experience producing design packages for approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively work on all design stages, prepare and monitor the production of interior design concepts from brief to client sign-off.
• Translate client briefs, brand objectives, and commercial requirements into design narratives, spatial layouts, and design packages.
• Build and monitor mood boards, material palettes, color stories, and immersive visual themes.
• Drive space planning, circulation, lighting, and textures through hands-on design work.
• Prepare, review, and monitor high-impact presentations, 3D renders, and technical design proposals.
