Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead sales and business development in Dubai. The role focuses on concept selling, franchise and channel development, and investor acquisition to drive revenue growth.

You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to build strategic relationships, expand markets in the GCC and beyond, and deliver against aggressive sales targets through a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience leading sales and business development at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy.
• Drive sales through direct, channel, franchise, and strategic partnership models.
• Lead concept selling and secure investors, franchisees, customers, and strategic accounts.
• Build and expand the franchise and channel partner network.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities across the GCC and international markets.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, investors, developers, and strategic partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Set sales targets and KPIs and drive team performance.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to the CEO/Board.
