Responsibilities

Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels with accuracy.
Provide guests with information about room types, rates, facilities, and local attractions.
Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Maximize room revenue through upselling and promoting hotel services and packages.
Ensure reservation details are entered accurately into the property management system (PMS).
Maintain effective communication with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments.
