Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Professional, polished, and confident personality with excellent grooming standards.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service standards and hotel operations.
• Ability to handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient, and personalized services to guests.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as required.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle enquiries, and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Welcome and escort guests to various locations within the hotel.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel facilities, products, and services.
• Provide information and promote hotel services, facilities, and special events.
• Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge to explain and promote hotel offerings.
• Stay informed about hotel programs and events to recognize and respond to guest needs.
• Create a positive hotel image through every interaction with internal and external guests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues to anticipate and exceed expectations.
