Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a guest-focused Waiter/Server in Doha to deliver excellent service and promote hotel facilities, foods and beverages. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and serve items, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

With a minimum of 2 years in a luxury hotel, you will maintain high standards, handle guest requests, and work seamlessly with the team to uphold the Yes I Can ethos across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Server in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine, bar operations and beverage service, or fine dining restaurant service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and menu items.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Well-groomed, professional and pleasant personality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.
• Positive, energetic and guest-focused attitude (Yes, I Can).
• Age: 20–30 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service.
• Actively promote hotel facilities, food and beverage offerings, and local attractions.
• Prepare and serve food, beverages, coffee, wine and other drinks following service procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, wines, glassware, promotions, and hours.
• Adhere to service standards, etiquette, responsible alcohol service, and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, equipment and service areas, and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
• Set tables, arrange linen, glassware, cutlery and equipment; replenish supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish buffet items, complete side duties and restock supplies.
• Communicate courteously with guests and colleagues, maintain a Yes I Can attitude, support maintenance and minibar operations when assigned.
