Job summary

voco Doha Central is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support smooth restaurant and F&B outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service and memorable dining experiences. You will lead the service team, maintain brand standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Based at voco Doha Central, a pre-opening hotel in central Doha, you will engage in supervising daily operations, training staff, and coordinating events while upholding hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• What we need from you: a diploma or higher in Hotel Management, F&B, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 4/5-star hotel environment with at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
• Passionate about delivering guest service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations related to food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service (where applicable).
• Strong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills for guest orders, documentation, and transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent food quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate operational requirements and team priorities.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints with proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Monitor cash handling, banking procedures, inventory, stock levels, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate restaurant operations, events, and promotions to support revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Support cost management initiatives and help meet departmental targets.
