Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in luxury or upscale hotel environments.
• At least four years of culinary leadership overseeing multiple kitchen operations (Restaurants, Banqueting, Room Service).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, trends, and techniques.
• Solid understanding of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Extensive knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Designing creative and commercially successful menus aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Overseeing all food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
• Managing food costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Collaborating with Food & Beverage leaders to create memorable dining concepts and promotions.
• Driving innovation and continuously improving menus, processes, and guest satisfaction.
• Planning and executing banquet, catering, and special event culinary operations.
• Building a positive, high-performing kitchen culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
