Responsibilities

Strive to make meals memorable with high standards and signature flair.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Prepare and maintain restaurant and service areas.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Promote menu items and suggestive selling techniques.
Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams for smooth service.
Operate POS and process payments accurately.
Follow hotel SOPs, HACCP, and health & safety standards.
Assist with buffet, banquet, room service, and other F&B operations as required.
