Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily F&B operations, including outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Set high service standards and implement improvements to exceed guest expectations.
• Develop and execute F&B promotions and menu planning for events to drive revenue and guest engagement.
• Maintain highest standards of food safety, hygiene, quality, and compliance.
• Monitor financial performance by achieving budgeted revenues, controlling expenses and labor costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth operations during daily service and events.
