Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in fine dining or guest-facing hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed from arrival.
• Present menus confidently, offer recommendations and highlight specials.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and service teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining professionalism and hospitality.
• Check in with guests regularly, ensuring satisfaction and addressing needs.
• Handle guest requests or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations and dining areas.
• Support team operations during busy periods, including setup and clearing.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards throughout service.
