Responsibilities

• Check in arriving guests in a friendly and caring manner according to Kempinski and Forbes standards.
• Check out departing guests and settle accounts with accuracy.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and handle special requests where possible.
• Balance cash transactions and ensure proper credit checks or cash handling.
• Assist guests with inquiries, provide information, and coordinate with housekeeping for late check-outs or special requests.
• Maintain neat and tidy work area and uphold the Kempinski image at all times.
