Job summary

Fairmont Doha is seeking a Front Office Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with professionalism. You will maintain guest records, respond to requests, and resolve concerns while upholding luxury service standards.

In this role, you will coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments, promote hotel services and loyalty programs, and ensure accuracy in billing and daily reports in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in front office or guest services is preferred.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems.
• Excellent English communication and keen customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in/check-out.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest registration efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain accurate guest information and daily reports.
• Uphold brand standards and safety procedures.
