Job summary

Woopel is seeking a Concierge Specialist in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, offering a contract with accommodation. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, provide information, arrange reservations and services, and handle guest requests while maintaining a tidy concierge desk.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Visa/work permit required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems for reservations or bookings.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents with a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about the facilities, services, and amenities available.
• Anticipate guest needs and make recommendations for activities or dining options.
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, events or other requested services.
• Handle requests for room service, housekeeping, laundry or other services.
• Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and activities to assist guests with planning their itinerary.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Manage the concierge desk area and ensure it is kept clean and organized at all times.
