Job summary

JobLeader in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking an Entry-Level Concierge to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and share information about local amenities. You will arrange reservations, handle requests, keep the lobby tidy, assist with luggage, and support guests throughout their stay.

Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in.
• Provide information about hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Make reservations for dining, events, or transportation.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby area.
• Assist with luggage handling and storage.
• Follow up on guest feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
