Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
• Receive and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions
• Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services for guests as needed
• Maintain an organized system for tracking guest requests and following up on them
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and ensure prompt resolution of any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assist with special projects or events as assigned by the management team
