Job summary

Abroad Work in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a Guest Services Concierge to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in, and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions. You will make reservations for restaurants, shows, or activities, arrange transportation, handle inquiries and requests, and collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
