Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a front desk associate in Doha who can register and greet guests promptly, check arrival lists, welcome guests and respond to information requests about the hotel and surroundings.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, promoting hotel outlets, and staying current with hotel promotions while maintaining log books and confidentiality. Prior hotel experience and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3/4 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.
• Natural / Smiling attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
• Age – 25 to 35 Years
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
• Good command of English Language
• Possess a pleasing personality.
• Guest relation oriented.
• Possess strong multitasking skills.

Aufgaben

• Is available to register, process and greet customers promptly.
• Checks the daily arrival list.
• Welcomes customers to the hotel.
• Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings.
• Arranges for special services requested by the customer.
• Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing the communication; updates log book and prepares for next shift.
• Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests.
• Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest’s name, address and method of payment.
• Handles incoming guest room reservations.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and utilization of hotel facilities by promoting hotel outlets and other facilities to guests.
• Is aware, at all times, of current room status and room availability.
• Is fully aware of, and knows how to handle, all current and future hotel promotions.
• Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality with all guest information.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city.
• Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
• Previous experience in a hotel or service industry preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Adheres to RHG's Responsible Business ethics.
