Job summary

BSL is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to support business development, manage growth CRM data, and oversee bid/proposal activities in Qatar. The role involves coordinating Bid/No Bid sessions, maintaining pipeline accuracy, and producing regular growth reports for senior leadership.

You will engage with customers to identify opportunities, draft proposals, and support tailoring HR Outsourcing, Training and Procurement Outsourcing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales operations, bid/proposal management or related commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Growth CRM data, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Prepare and coordinate Bid/No Bid and proposal processes.
• Draft business plans, pitches, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
• Collaborate with pricing and contracts teams to support growth strategies.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
