Job summary

Hilton Doha is seeking a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Assistant Manager to drive strategic GCE sales and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll lead marketing, PR, digital campaigns and content creation to strengthen our brand and attendance at events across the hotel.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee event marketing initiatives, and monitor KPIs to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive Marketing plans and strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and Hilton standards.
• Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media, influencers and industry partners.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for the hotel's website, social, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee multimedia content creation and professional shoots for storytelling.
• Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing and PR initiatives for events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with related teams to maximize promotional opportunities and attendance.
• Daily Tasks coordination & supervision: lead team, track KPIs, and report on performance.
