Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a Category Executive to grow and manage a partner portfolio in groceries and local shops. You will drive category performance, onboard new partners, and collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize pricing, assortment, and availability.

The role requires strong analytics, Excel proficiency, data-driven mindset, and the ability to build lasting partner relationships; Arabic fluency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of category management, sales, account management, or business development in grocery, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Development: Identify and onboard emerging partners, research growth opportunities in assigned categories.
• Partner Relationship Management: Build and nurture partner relationships; educate on platform benefits and operations.
• Sales And Revenue Growth: Design promotions, use data-driven insights for revenue and margin improvements.
• Pricing And Profitability: Develop pricing strategies; monitor profitability and compete with market trends.
• Operational Support: Ensure stock availability, resolve operational issues, monitor compliance.
• Data Analysis And Reporting: Analyze sales and partner performance; prepare dashboards and KPI reports.
• Collaboration And Communication: Align with Category Managers and cross-functional teams on category plans.
