Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Category Executive – Electronics to lead the Electronics category in Retail by Snoonu’s 1P business. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, shape assortment strategy, pricing and promotions, and drive inventory performance to maximize growth and customer experience.

The role requires 4–5 years in category or vendor management, strong analytics, and excellent English. GCC exposure is a plus; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in category management, vendor management, buying, or commercial roles.
• Mandatory: hands-on experience managing the Electronics category with strong supplier knowledge.
• Experience in e-commerce, q-commerce, retail, or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytical skills to drive business decisions.
• Supplier negotiations and commercial relationship management experience.
• GCC market experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic partnerships with electronics vendors for Retail by Snoonu.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing strategies, promotional support, and advertising investments.
• Identify, source, and onboard new local and international electronics vendors.
• Develop and execute category growth strategies, including assortment optimization, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Monitor and improve key category performance metrics, including availability, price competitiveness, catalog quality, and sales performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and vendor performance.
