Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a Category Executive – Flower to grow the Flower category by expanding the product range, strengthening supplier partnerships, and delivering a compelling customer experience.

You will monitor stock, analyze trends, work with Marketing on campaigns, and collaborate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and strong pricing. The role requires 2+ years in category management and a degree in Business or Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in category management, retail, e-commerce, or a related role (flower industry a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive decisions based on insights.
• Creative mindset with a passion for flowers and an understanding of market trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Flower category's product range, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, florists, and wholesalers.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends and pricing strategies.
• Source new and innovative products to expand the flower offering.
• Monitor stock levels and demand to optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan promotions and launches.
• Track category performance using KPIs and data analysis.
