Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a Category Executive – Flower to lead the Flower category, expand product assortment, and optimize supplier relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work with Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to plan promotions, monitor stock and KPIs, and source innovative products that keep Snoonu's flower range competitive and fresh for customers across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in category management, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and KPIs.
• Creative mindset with passion for flowers and market trends.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Flower category's product range, ensuring diverse high-quality offering.
• Build and maintain supplier, florists, wholesalers relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and pricing strategies.
• Source new and innovative products to expand the flower offering.
• Monitor stock levels and demand to optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan promotions and launches.
• Track KPIs and sales data to implement improvements.
• Optimize product displays and pricing for a seamless customer experience.
