Job summary

Ali Bin Ali Beauty seeks a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and robust account management across brands and channels.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory teams to expand distribution, improve market coverage, and deliver sustainable profitability while maintaining brand standards in a dynamic market like Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, sales, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Professional qualifications in sales, retail, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or customer relationship management are advantageous.
• Beauty therapy qualification or certification is an advantage for skincare accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, build distribution, and secure new doors for growth.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels and engagement.
• Achieve sales targets through effective execution and negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Represent Ali Bin Ali Beauty professionally, upholding brand standards and market execution.
• Support trade marketing initiatives and ensure brand visibility and merchandising.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to guide decisions.
